Medals OpenKol scoring is built for one thing: making KOL calls comparable. Every analyzed call produces three scores (0–100):
  • Social score — did the call attract credible attention?
  • Chart score — did the market actually follow through?
  • Overall score — the combined view (used for medals and comparisons)
The goal is verification and comparability — not predicting the future.

The three scores

Social score (0–100)

Measures engagement quality relative to the KOL’s own baseline.
  • Normalized so big accounts don’t auto-win
  • Penalizes low-quality engagement
  • Rewards unusual attention that looks real (not just loud)

Chart score (0–100)

Measures market behavior after the call timestamp.
  • Accounts for pump and what happens after (durability + drawdowns)
  • Includes liquidity as a safety / credibility signal

Overall score (0–100)

A weighted blend:
Overall = 0.70 × Chart + 0.30 × Social
